Michael Niebauer is Director of Heritage Mission, an initiative that trains leaders to start worship services in care facilities. His latest book is From Word to Worship: How the Lectionary Welcomes You into Sacred Time Through Story, Symbol, and Sacrament.

He is also the author of Four Mountains and Virtuous Persuasion, a Christianity Today Book Award finalist and Outreach Magazine’s 2022 Missional Resource of the Year. 

His writings are featured on the Substack Mission – Ethics – Interpretation.

Michael holds a PhD in Systematic Theology from Duquesne University, specializing in Christian Ethics and Missiology.
